Amaç ve hukuki sebep

Verileriniz; rezervasyonunuzu oluşturmak, onaylamak, hatırlatmak, değişiklik veya iptal süreçlerini yürütmek ve sizinle bu konuda iletişim kurmak amacıyla işlenir. Hukuki sebep, bir sözleşmenin kurulması ve ifasıyla doğrudan ilgili olması (KVKK m. 5/2-c) ve rezervasyon formundaki açık rızanızdır. Otomatik e-postalar (onay, 24 saat kala hatırlatma, iptal) yalnızca rezervasyonunuza ilişkindir; pazarlama amacıyla kullanılmaz.

Aktarım

Verileriniz, hizmetin sunulması için şu hizmet sağlayıcılarla paylaşılır ve bu sağlayıcıların sunucuları yurt dışında bulunabilir: veritabanı ve sunucu altyapısı (Supabase, Frankfurt/AB), e-posta gönderimi (Resend), personel bildirimi (Telegram ve/veya WhatsApp), spam koruması (Cloudflare). Yurt dışına aktarım, açık rızanıza dayanır.

Sohbet asistanı

Sitedeki yapay zekâ asistanına yazdığınız mesajlar, yanıt üretilmesi için Anthropic'e (ABD) iletilir; bu aktarım yurt dışına aktarımdır. Asistanla yaptığınız sohbet sunucularımızda saklanmaz. “Personele bağlan” seçeneğini işaretleyip onay verirseniz sohbetiniz personelimize iletilir, cevaplanabilmesi için 24 saat saklanır ve ardından otomatik olarak silinir. Lütfen sohbette sağlık bilgisi, kimlik numarası gibi gereksiz kişisel veri paylaşmayın.

Üyelik

Üye olursanız (Google hesabınızla ya da e-postanıza gelen kodla) şu veriler işlenir: e-posta adresiniz, Google ile girişte Google'ın paylaştığı ad bilgisi, profilinize eklediğiniz ad soyad, telefon ve isteğe bağlı doğum günü (yalnızca gün ve ay; yıl istenmez), e-posta dili tercihiniz, hesabınızla yaptığınız rezervasyonlar, sadakat damgalarınız ve ödülleriniz, üyelere özel akşam kayıtlarınız ve son giriş tarihiniz. Amaç; üyelik hesabını yönetmek, rezervasyon formunu doldurmak, sadakat programını yürütmek, üyelere özel akşamlara kaydınızı almak ve doğum gününüzde size küçük bir ikramda bulunabilmektir. Hukuki sebep, üyelik sözleşmesinin kurulması ve ifasıdır (KVKK m. 5/2-c). Giriş altyapısı Supabase (Frankfurt/AB) üzerinden, Google ile girişte Google (ABD) üzerinden sağlanır.

Ticari elektronik ileti: Kampanya ve etkinlik e-postaları yalnızca hesabınızdaki ayrı onay kutusunu işaretlerseniz gönderilir (6563 sayılı Kanun ve İYS mevzuatı). Onayı dilediğiniz an hesabınızdan geri alabilirsiniz; onay ve geri alma tarihleri kayıt altında tutulur.

Hesabınızı hesap sayfasındaki “Hesabımı sil” düğmesiyle istediğiniz an silebilirsiniz; profiliniz, damgalarınız, ödülleriniz ve etkinlik kayıtlarınız hemen silinir. Yaklaşan masa rezervasyonlarınız hesaptan bağımsız olarak geçerli kalır ve aşağıdaki süreye tabidir.

Saklama süresi

Rezervasyon ve etkinlik kayıtları tarihlerinden itibaren 12 ay saklanır, ardından otomatik olarak silinir. Üyelik hesabı siz silene kadar saklanır; 24 ay boyunca hiç giriş yapılmayan hesaplar otomatik olarak silinir.

Haklarınız

KVKK m. 11 kapsamında; verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, bilgi talep etme, düzeltilmesini veya silinmesini isteme, işlemeye itiraz etme ve zarara uğramanız hâlinde tazminat talep etme haklarına sahipsiniz. Başvurularınızı yukarıdaki iletişim adresine iletebilirsiniz.

Data we process

• Reservation details (date, time, party size, area preference) and an optional note
• A hashed form of your IP address for abuse protection; the raw IP address is not stored

Purpose and legal basis

We use your data to create, confirm, remind you about, change or cancel your reservation, and to contact you about it. The legal basis is that it is necessary to set up and perform the booking (KVKK art. 5/2-c) and your explicit consent given on the reservation form. Automatic emails (confirmation, 24-hour reminder, cancellation) relate only to your booking and are never used for marketing.

Recipients

Your data is shared with the following providers to deliver the service, whose servers may be located abroad: database and server infrastructure (Supabase, Frankfurt/EU), email delivery (Resend), staff notifications (Telegram and/or WhatsApp), spam protection (Cloudflare). Transfers abroad rely on your explicit consent.

Chat assistant

Messages you type to the AI assistant on this site are sent to Anthropic (USA) to generate a reply; this is a transfer abroad. Your conversation with the assistant is not stored on our servers. If you choose “Talk to staff” and give your consent, the conversation is forwarded to our staff, kept for 24 hours so it can be answered, and then deleted automatically. Please do not share unnecessary personal data, such as health information or ID numbers, in the chat.

Membership

If you become a member (with your Google account or a code sent to your email) we process: your email address, the name Google shares when you sign in with Google, the name, phone number and optional birthday (day and month only; no year) you add to your profile, your email language, reservations made with your account, your loyalty stamps and rewards, your bookings for members' evenings, and the date you last signed in. We use them to run your account, pre-fill the booking form, operate the loyalty programme, book you into members' evenings and offer a small treat around your birthday. The legal basis is setting up and performing the membership agreement (KVKK art. 5/2-c). Sign-in is provided via Supabase (Frankfurt/EU) and, for Google sign-in, Google (USA).

Marketing email: We only send event and offer emails if you tick the separate consent box in your account (Turkish Law No. 6563 and İYS rules). You can withdraw consent at any time in your account; consent and withdrawal dates are recorded.

You can delete your account at any time with the “Delete my account” button on the account page; your profile, stamps, rewards and event bookings are deleted immediately. Upcoming table reservations remain valid independently of the account and follow the retention period below.

Retention

Reservation and event records are kept for 12 months after their date and then deleted automatically. Member accounts are kept until you delete them; accounts with no sign-in for 24 months are deleted automatically.

Your rights

Under KVKK art. 11 you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, ask for correction or deletion, object to processing, and claim compensation for damage. Send requests to the contact address above.
